Seager: Mary Catherine “Kate”,
Peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday April 24, 2016 at Royal Victoria Hospital Barrie. Kate Seager at the age of 63, beloved wife of Dan Seager. Loving mother of Heather Seager Parone (Tony Parone), and Sean Seager (Michelina Fusaro). Dear grandmother of Michael and Jessica. Beloved daughter of Frances Hermer, step daughter of Ernie Hermer, and predeceased by her father Patrick McGeean. Remembered with love by her siblings: Patricia Reid (Greg), Kevin McGeean (Kathleen), and Sheilagh Williams (John). Sadly missed by her sister and brother in law: Marie Macdonald (Dave), and Charlie Seager (Anja), and her mother in law Laura Seager (Harold). Forever in the hearts of her nieces, nephews, step-sister, extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home 1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham 905-936-3477 on Thursday April 28, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held in Sacred Heart Church (14485 Jane Street, King City, Ontario L7B 1A3) on Friday April 29, 2016 at 10am. Interment of cremated remains to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. For those who wish donations to the Liver Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

We all know how people say “they were the nicest people”. I can attest from being classmates with Mary Catherine and Dan , from grade one on, that they REALLY were/are the nicest people one could have the privilege of calling friends.
