Kent was a great guy. I met him when I was dating my wife Melany Bayley. Kent had a deeply rooted love of music and I always enjoyed talking to him about music. At one family gathering Kent and some friends were playing guitar and singing. His smile was ever present and he was a wonderful man. I really liked him. Kent will be missed by family and friends. My condolences to the family.

There are certain people who touch the lives of those they know in a unique way. Kent was one of those people. He shall be sorely missed by his family, his many friends and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Jack and I have many fond memories of him both through his music and his old cars. Our thoughts are with his family at this very sad time.

Another great cousin has said goodbye to this world and gone on to the next one. It is with great sadness that I learned this news. I enjoyed his sense of humour, his great talent for singing not only other songs, but the ones he wrote himself especially my favourite “When I Go” that he would sing every time he saw me in the crowd. RIP Kent

I met Kent through the Tottenham bluegrass jam about 3 year and a half years ago. You knew it would be an extra special night if Kent was there – and he was there often! He was funny, a wonderful singer, always had a good story to tell, and a twinkle in his eyes. I loved the songs he sang and in particular the songs he wrote. I will miss him dearly!
