It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kevin (Grover) Leslie Goulter, who passed away at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston, on June 26, 2026, at the age of 61.
Beloved partner of Christine Piercey. Loving father of Jamie-Lynn (Jaret) and stepfather of Madeline. Cherished son of Jim Goulter and the late Dot Goulter. Dear brother of Sandra (Glenn) Goulter. Kevin is now reunited with his beloved son, Dodge, and his late wife, Alicia.
Kevin will be remembered for his kind heart, friendly nature, and the many friendships he made throughout his life. He had a lifelong passion for all things motorsports, especially anything with a big Hemi. Kevin’s daring driving style made him quite the focal point at any car meet or track. He enjoyed meeting friends for coffee at Tim Hortons, at car shows, or just on the front porch, where he was always happy to share a conversation and a laugh.
Kevin will be sadly missed by his family, many friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A Celebration of Kevin’s Life will be held on Friday, July 17, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Tottenham Legion, 25 Richmond St. E., Tottenham.
For those who wish, donations in Kevin’s memory to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

Kevin was one of a kind. When they first moved on the street he couldn’t wait to introduce himself and his family by doing a burnout on the street which made all the children happy.
I have always known kevin to be a straight shooter. He was never one to get bothered by the way others acted or by what they said. If it didn’t hurt his family he didn’t interfer.
Jamie-lynn he was incredibily proud of how far you have come in life. Life has not been easy for you with losing your Brother and Mother at a young age. You going to school and pursuing to become a Doctor made him even more proud. Take care of yourself girl and if you ever need anything you have your Lionel Stone Family to count on.

Kevin Goulter was a good man. Despite my being the most shy, easily startled kid on the street, whenever he saw me, he would say “hey trouble – T is for trouble!” He would always make me smile and feel seen. The Goulter house was a safe place for me growing up. I knew I could always go there after school to see the dogs, bother Jamie-Lynn, or go sit on the front porch with Alicia or Kevin on a weekend. Jamie-Lynn said her dad was her rock. Despite my moving away many years ago, I know Kevin was a rock in the Tottenham community. You knew you could always find him around with a steady and kind presence. This as a huge loss for the community.
Jamie-Lynn has always been a mentor for me – ever since we were small. Today she models humanity and grace through tragedy. Despite experiencing much loss, she has grown into one of the most beautiful, bright, kind young women I’ve ever known and I’m sure her entire family is so proud of her.
When you grieve Kevin, you grieve Dodge, Alica, and feel for Jamie. This is one of those families that you think of one of them, you think of all of them. They were and are beautiful people – gems in this world. Every time l hear a “cheeseburger” bird, drive past a Timmie’s, or see a MOPAR, I will think of the Goulters. These losses will never ever be forgotten.
