    To Larry’s family, we are so sorry for your loss.
    We knew Larry from shopping at the IGA. One Christmas Eve several years ago, I came home from work and was getting things organized for Christmas Dinner the next day when I discovered that the pre ordered turkey had not been picked up at the store. Panic! A call was placed to Richard who in turn called Larry who saved our Christmas Day family dinner by generously meeting me at the store and retrieving our previously ordered turkey. We were forever grateful for his kindness.

    Brenda and family, we were saddened to learn of Larry’s passing. There are many fine memories of Larry from our IGA days. With his soft voice and wide smile, you always knew who it was when you heard the words, “how are you bud?” God has a new ‘app’ in heavens wireless world, the Larry Apps; we can click on it any time we need a bright smile and soft hi, to brighten a dreary day. You are in our prayers. Bonnie and Ken

    Over twenty years ago I enrolled my youngest son in the Tottenham day nursery school. That is when we met a wonderfully kind and gentle teacher named Mrs Apps. It was not until years later that I met Larry at Tottenham IGA! What a guy! Always had that great grin n would help you with anything you needed! It wasn’t hard to tell what a great couple they were!! Soul mates
    To Brenda n Brandon n Joel our deepest condolences! May all the wonderful memories keep you going during difficult times.

    So sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. I remember him as a young nice boy. My sincere condolences to his family and sisters. R.I.P. Larry.

    Here is a poem and I hope it will be of help some.

    DO NOT STAND AT MY GRAVE AND WEEP
    Do not stand at my grave and weep
    I am not there. I do not sleep.
    I am a thousand winds that blow.
    I am the diamond glints on snow.
    I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
    I am the gentle autumn rain.
    When you awaken in the morning’s hush
    I am the swift uplifting rush.
    Of quiet birds in circled flight.
    I am the soft stars that shine at night.
    Do not stand at my grave and cry;
    I am not there. I did not die.
