Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, May 15th, 2011. Margaret Groen, in her 79th year, beloved wife of the late Case. Dear sister of Bep, Trees, Nellie, and the late Jan, Toos, Arie, Judy, Corrie, and Annie. Remembered with love by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Sadly missed by her best friend and buddy “Storm”.
Resting at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Road, Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. James Church, Colgan, 11 am Wednesday May 18, 2011 followed by interment in St. James Cemetery, Colgan. I will always remember you Margaret whenever I walk into St Francis Church. You always sat in the back corner and always greeted me with a warm smile and a hug. May you be at peace in the loving arms of our Saviour and reunited with your husband who I know you missed so much. I will miss you but will think of you always.
