MacIntosh, Marie (Anna) nee Coffey
Marie was the beloved daughter of Kate Sullivan and George Coffey. Loved Mom of Martin, Margaret Gillies and predeceased by son George. She was loving Gramma to Danny Fraser (predeceased), Vicki Fraser (also predeceased), Georgina Legenza, Russell, Alan, and Cameron Fraser, Michael and Joseph Beers, Anne Bontje and Adam Fraser. She was great Granny to Jason McCullough, Lissa McBride, Matthew Bontje, Lindsay and Darci Beers, Patricia and Jamie Burte, Melissa and Brianna Beers, Alan Fraser , Julie, Sarah and Allison Legenza and Amanda, Erik and Matthew. Mom flew through life and left us all with different memories. She will be missed.
A private wake was held on Sunday Nov. 13th at the home of Greg and Anne Bontje. Everyone shared a day of going through photos and memories. Marie’s last great family affair was the wedding of her granddaughter Lissa McCullough to Peter McBride. How great is that to have four generations at the wedding.
A private mass will be held at St. Johns the Evangelist in Albion, where Mom will be buried with her son George and Grandson Danny and surrounded by the Coffey family that went ahead of her. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
