To one of the most beautiful young choristers I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. Nan was in my U of T Women’s Chorus and my family got to know and love her family through the years. I was so proud of all the joy she brought to so many others through her singing and her teaching. Nan will never be forgotten and will live in our hearts forever. Heather, Erin, and I will be there with you both –Rob and Gillian. Sadly we are not in the country, but our hearts are so full and we send you all our love. Love, Ann, Heather, & Erin (& Errol, in heaven, welcoming her)

Life is filled with challenges and pain. We were so amazed at how Nanette faced this insideous cancer with such dignity, grace, openness, humour and yes, anger. We are so very, very sorry that she lost her battle. Words are inadequate. Gillian, know that she is always with you and always will be.
Our sincere condolences to Rob, Gillian, Aunt Lil, Uncle Ian, and Craig.
Love, Lynne Lockhart, Peter Robinson and family.

My heartfelt condolences. I was part of Tapestry with Nanette and have many memories of dancing and travelling with her, and of her beautiful voice. I was so sorry to learn of her fight with cancer when we reconnected at Mr. Hyde’s funeral and my heart is heavy at this news. Her voice and smile will light up the skies.
