I’ll always remember Pete’s sense of humour and how nice he was to me as a kid. Letting me make popsicle stick art at the Fish and Chips shop, letting me play Deer Avenger on his computer, or teaching me how to fish in Florida. He was a kind and wonderful part of my childhood, and I’m really going to miss him. I’m so sorry for your loss Maureen, the world’s a little dimmer without him.

Our deep sympathy to Maureen, Stuart and Susan and the extended family. The ladies of the “salon” always enjoyed Pete’s visits as he loved to tease us. But, the twinkle in his eye was reserved for Maureen. He was a fun-loving man who always tried to leave others with a good feeling. He will be missed.
    Our thoughts are with you.

Uncle Pete was a man with a great sense of humour and a Laughter that filled a room of smiles.

His connection with nature and wildlife was great to see with a great knowledge on everything he could see.

On a few occasions Pete would feed the squirrels on blended knee and a outstretched arm they would look at Pete drop there acorn and head straight for Pete 🙂

Also his Passion for old cars was amazing,he restored them to tip top condition.

It is with deep regret, we hear about Pete’s passing.
We have been friends with Pete and Maureen since 1984. We meet at a Board of Trade Auction and hit it off right away.
Since then we have spent many great times with them. Christmas and New Year in Florida, cottage times, meeting each others families and wonderful “british”
    dinners at their house.
Pete was always fun and had a great sense of humor.
Bob fondly remember road trips to the Carolina’s, where Pete loved the seafood and cigar shopping. He really enjoyed Pete’s company and great laugh
and we will miss him very much.
Our heart goes out to you Maureen, and we will always be here for you.

I was deeply saddened when Mau reen informed me of Pete’s passing.
I had known Pete only for a short 4 years but it seemed much longer than that.
We always shared some good times together as well as discussing general topics.
I also admired his extensive knowledge about automobiles and technical matters.
I was always welcomed when I visited Pete and Maureen.
