It is a sad day to lose a pillar of the community Ralph was that in every way. Joy & I send our sincerest condolences to Shirley and Family.

I will miss Ralph’s constant smile, many stories and our never-ending discussions about anything. Our times together on committees, on parades and at the Park for nearly 2 decades were enjoyable and memorable.

Ralph, you have given of yourself for many years and may you now rest in peace.

Shirley & Family: Please accept our condolences on your loss. Ralph was one of those community minded people. Ralph in many ways met the criteria of a true Lion. He was always there to help when he could. We will miss him as the Town Crier which he was so suited for and received recognition for.

    Sandra,
My sincerest condolences on your loss. My Dad loved Ralph and some of his fondest memories were of when my Dad was Deputy Reeve of Tottenham and Ralph did the Town Crier for all the events at the town’s (I think it was the bicentennial). I will have to go through the old pictures and see if I have some of the two of them together.
I am so sorry for your loss, but rest assured that my Dad was there to greet him.

I’ve known Ralph since I moved here 18 years ago. We met often at the many events he started off with his announcements as well as just being out around town. We had many chats about different things including our share experience in journalism. Sorry to see him leave.
