Robert Dion (“Mustard”)

In Memorial

Dion RobertRobert Dion
June 26, 1968 – October 25, 2026

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Robert Dion (“Mustard”).
Rob is predeceased by his parents Chris Armstrong and Paul Dion. He will be mourned and lovingly remembered by his wife Jennifer Dion, his three children Rachel (Ron), Eric, and Dustin, as well as Rachel and Eric’s mother Linda, and his brother Adam (Brooke). Also in mourning are his step mother Pat, step father Brian, and step-siblings Robin, Starr and Graham (Jen), his many nieces, nephews and cousins all whom he loved dearly, his club family, and his numerous friends who kept his life so full of joy.
Rob had many passions in life including his renewed love for motorcycles, a love of music, collecting records, military memorabilia and other antiques, camping and being outdoors, and spending time with his family, friends and pets.

He was always there for a family member or friend in need and always ready with a smile and a helping hand. He was known for his infectious laugh, his sense of humour, and his love of his children which he shared with anyone he met.

Yvette and I are so deeply shocked and saddened that we have no words to properly express our grief. Rob was our Nephew and also our friend. Rob is one of the most kind and generous people I have ever had the good fortune to know. His infectious laugh and crazy sense of humour are legendary. I will always cherish our time together, especially in our younger days when we would get together while I was home on leave and go out on the town. Rob was loved by many and will be missed but I also know that because of the life he led, that he will be in a place at peace with his mom. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jen, Rachel, Eric and family in this difficult time.

Mustard (aka Rob) was my friend for over 25 years. What a testament it has been over this past week to see so many people visiting and supporting his beautiful wife (Jenn) as she mourns the love of her life.

Mustard was a man of his word. He would spend his last dollar to help a friend, and did. He was so proud of his kid’s accomplishments and would tell anyone who would listen

My friend I miss you so much my heart breaks. I will miss your laugh, our messaging around music, me leaning on you for advise, and everything else.

But know I am a better man, husband, father because of your influence

Thank you for being my friend, I love you brother
