Wayne Hollingshead

Hollingshead: Wayne Robert.
(Retired 25 year Captain, New Tecumseth Fire Rescue, Station 3, Tottenham; Member, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 329, Tottenham).

Suddenly, at his little piece of paradise, Layzee Acres Camp, Seabright on Saturday, May 30th, 2009. Wayne Hollingshead of Tottenham, in his 66th year. Loving father of Wayne Jr. and Cindy, Kevin and Lori, Darryl and Sandy, and Charlotte and James. Remembered with love by his grandchildren, Jonathan, Joselyn, Jesse, Hailey, Lindsey, Hayden, Kailen, Joshua, and Aaron. Dear brother of Larry and Bev, Ellen Wilcox, Garnet and Shirley, Linda and Bob Boak, and the late Burnell and Norval. Brother-in-law of Marion and Bertha.

Resting at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Road, Tottenham 905-936-3477 on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel, 11:00 am, Thursday June 4, 2009. Interment to follow in Schomberg Union Cemetery.

    We were so shocked to see that your Dad had passed away in June and we hadn’t heard a thing about it..such a young age and such a wonderful Dad all those years, going to games and supporting his boys.. Pete and I send our love to you, and our condolences..we remember all our friends in Tottenham even after 9 years in Muskoka..
